As between Jump Rope with Jesus and you, Jump Rope with Jesus is the owner of all rights in the content, and Jump Rope with Jesus may use the content in any way Jump Rope with Jesus deems appropriate.

Jump Rope with Jesus will notify you by posting a revised copy of these Terms and Conditions online. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective as of the date the revised Terms and Conditions are posted. If you continue to use the Website after Jump Rope with Jesus changes the Terms and Conditions, you accept all changes effective as of the date of the revision. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions or any changes Scooter Badge makes, please do not continue to use the Website.
5. UNSOLICITED IDEAS SUBMISSIONS
Scooter Badge does not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, comments or materials, including for new or improved products, artwork or new product names (collectively, "Submissions"). Please do not submit any Submissions in any form. As a result of constant development of new products or materials, product developed by Jump Rope with Jesus might seem similar or even identical to Submissions made to Jump Rope with Jesus.
6. ACCESS TO AND USE OF WEBSITE
We do not guarantee that the Website, or any Content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change any or all part of the Website without notice. We will not be liable to you if, for any reason, our Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
By using the Website, you agree to comply with all content and conduct standards set forth in these Terms and Conditions. By way of example and not limitation, you agree not to:

Jump Rope with Jesus reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with Jump Rope with Jesus defense of such claim.

10. COMPLETE AGREEMENT

Jump Rope with Jesus may be required by state or federal law to notify you of certain events. Notices will be effective upon our delivering them to you in writing, which may include email. If you do not provide Jump Rope with Jesus with accurate contact information, Jump Rope with Jesus will not be responsible for failure to notify you. Jump Rope with Jesus’s failure to exercise or enforce any provision in these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such provision. These Terms and Conditions, including all additional terms, conditions, and policies contained or referenced in a mutually executed instrument between you and Scooter Badge constitute the entire agreement between you and Jump Rope with Jesus and supersede all prior agreements with respect to your use of the Website. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be removed and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
