RETURNS & SHIPPING INFO

Our Jump Rope with Jesus Return Policy

Due to the customized nature of your Jump Rope with Jesus video product, all sales are final for this unique item. We do however make the exception in the event your video arrives, malfunctioning, incorrect character images, incorrect name and/or spelling or the item was damaged in shipping. 

If you would like to return your recent non-video purchase, customers have the option to return your product(s) for online store credit, minus the cost of return shipping. Unfortunately, the original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returns are eligible for 14 days after your order’s delivery date. You’ll be emailed directly with your approved number via email.

All authorized returns must be in their original, unopened, and unused packaging. Once the return has been received and reviewed, customers will be sent a digital store credit for their next purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse.

Please submit your request in the form provided and be sure to upload any photos to display your reasons for your return and/or refund request.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.00 in the continental US.

Jump Rope with Jesus makes every effort to process your order within 48 hours. When you place an order from our store, you can typically expect your items to ship within 3-7 business days. If you place multiple orders at the same time, our customer service staff will group them whenever possible.

Please note that due to the coronavirus crisis US shipping carriers can take up to 7-10 days to fully process and deliver your order. We will provide tracking the moment your order has shipped from Jump Rope with Jesus and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Shipping rates for Jump Rope with Jesus purchases are an average of $4.95 flat rate US Domestic Ground shipping as well as Priority 3-4 Day Mail, and Overnight Express for orders processed and paid in the US. Priority and Express rates will be calculated at checkout depending on your location in the US.

Orders shipping to Canada will be sent via Priority Mail Canada and can take 7-10 days to be processed by the carrier.

At this time Jump Rope with Jesus products are not shipping internationally (with the exception of Canada).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange any non-video purchased item that was ordered and shipped without damages, each request is taken into consideration by our Jump Rope with Jesus customer service staff and reviewed based on product availability status of an item. To have your exchange request replied to, submit your request in the form provided and one of our customer service representatives will contact you directly via email.

If an item is missing from an order or damaged in transit as mentioned above, the issue must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement item. Customers are asked to upload a photo(s) and a description of the damages, then a downloadable PDF will be emailed with a return shipping label. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement item will be shipped to the customer.
